Overview:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help design, develop, maintain, and evolve our developer tooling ecosystem around IDEs and their plugins and functionality.
You will be responsible for building and improving developer productivity solutions, maintaining IDE (VSCode) integrations, supporting project discovery and index capabilities, and enabling efficient development workflows.
Requirements
A mix of the following:
Good understanding of software development workflows, CI/CD conceptsLinux (RHEL) system administrationExperience with version control systems (Git)Experience with some of the languages: Python, TypeScript, JavaScriptScripting languages (Shell/Bash)
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of Splunk/Prometheus/Grafana or other data analytics platform;Knowledge of build configurations and experience with build systems;Terraform infrastructure-as-code for on-prem deployments.
