Senior Java Backend Engineer

The Role Be the internal Backend architecture expert, driving standards. Improve the quality of internal software by reshaping legacy areas. Own reliability and performance by identifying bugs & issues and improving the user experience. Mentor junior engineers, leading by example and sharing best practice. Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure clear requirements and successful execution. Be a great communicator and collaborator, working with team members across multiple time zones. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 5 years, ideally 7-10+ years of Java development and backend engineering experience. Expertise in Java and experience with at least one additional backend and frontend language. Experience improving legacy codebases. Automated testing experience and microservices architecture knowledge. Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
