About The Role
In this role, you will join our Cloud & DevOps Practice within the Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE), a team focused on building innovative cloud services, supporting technical pre-sales, and delivering high-value consulting engagements.
You will contribute to developing new capabilities, creating scalable Azure-based solutions, and strengthening our strategic partnership with Microsoft.
As part of a global team, you will help drive innovation, expand our cloud offerings, and shape the future of our Azure practice.
Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement Azure Infrastructure, DevOps, and Hybrid Cloud solutions across multi-cloud and on-premises environmentsDevelop repeatable and scalable cloud solutions, packaged service offerings, and Azure Marketplace propositionsSupport technical pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendationsStrengthen and expand our Microsoft partnership through specializations, service delivery programs, and regional initiativesResearch and evaluate Microsoft and third-party technologies to build new capabilities and innovative service offeringsContribute to the growth of the Azure Cloud Practice across regions and industry verticalsDesign and implement cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes-based solutions and application modernization initiativesCreate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and JenkinsLead migration and modernization projects aligned with Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected FrameworkOccasionally travel to collaborate with customers across the US, UK, and Europe
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing, architecting, and maintaining complex cloud solutions in line with the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework3+ years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and managing core Microsoft Azure services2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or service offering developmentStrong expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes environments for cloud-native applicationsExperience delivering cloud migration and modernization projects to Microsoft Azure using the Cloud Adoption FrameworkProven ability to design Azure Infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud-native solutionsGood understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and experience collaborating directly with Microsoft representativesHands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across distributed teamsProfessional English proficiency, both written and spoken, in a multicultural environmentFluent German is considered a strong advantage
