Position Purpose: The Software Engineering Manager – Partner Integrations will lead the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity between SRS/Heritage systems and external partners, customers, distributors, and fulfillment providers. This role is responsible for supporting the technical onboarding of new partners, accelerating integration timelines, and building scalable, reusable APIs and EDI integrations that drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep experience in API development, EDI standards, system integrations, and cloud-native architectures, capable of balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform strategy. This leader will play a critical role in supporting and extending our Enterprise Integration Layer (EIL) by ensuring partner integrations—whether API-based or EDI-driven—are built as reusable capabilities rather than one-off solutions. The role must balance API-first strategies with established B2B/EDI transaction models required for fulfillment, logistics, and retail ecosystems.
