Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to help keep critical digital banking applications stable, available, and reliable for a client in the banking sector. The role combines troubleshooting, incident management, monitoring and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with developers and other technical stakeholders to solve issues and make sure they don’t happen again. Your job Investigate and resolve production incidents and customer-impacting issues.Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Monitor application health, performance and availability.Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.Support releases, testing, and production validation.Work with Software Engineers, QA, Product Owners, and Operations teams.Identify opportunities for automation and reliability improvements.Contribute to incident, problem, and change management.Take ownership of reliability topics across multiple applications or teams.Document solutions and share operational knowledge. Your profile You are a hands-on and analytical professional who enjoys solving technical problems and improving systems. You communicate well, take ownership and stay calm when dealing with production issues. You have: 2+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Operations, Application Support, or a similar role.Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Experience with incident/problem management and production support.Experience working in a DevOps or agile environment.Knowledge of APIs, application architectures, and distributed systems.Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, or similar.Good communication skills in English.A proactive mindset and interest in automation and continuous improvement.
