You will join Professional Core, the engine behind ImmoScout24’s business for real estate professionals, bringing together Product, Engineering, Data and Go-to-Market teams to build the products and services our professional customers rely on. You will work across disciplines and get direct exposure to how ideas move from discovery and data analysis through product development and into the market. Your first major assignment will be supporting the team in the luxury real estate field, with the opportunity to contribute to further strategic initiatives across the Professional Vertical over time.  Aside from our people and company culture we are offering awesome benefits that make Scout24 a great place to work! Health: Life Situation Coaching, regular health check ups We are a tech company: We work with the latest technical tools and hardware.  Hours: 20 hours/weekDesired starting date: immediatelyDuration: at least 1 year (you must be enrolled for at least one more year at a recognised higher education institution and we ask you to indicate this when you apply) How your role will look like: Support strategic initiatives across the Professional Vertical, working closely with colleagues from Product, Engineering, Data and Go-to-Market. Play an active role in the development of expanding our involvement of luxury real estates, helping the team move from product development through launch, operations and continuous improvement. Conduct market, customer and competitor research, structure your findings and turn them into insights that help the team make better decisions. Work with product and business data to investigate questions, identify trends and opportunities, and support the tracking of product and commercial performance. Support cross-functional projects by keeping decisions, actions, dependencies and progress transparent and helping teams stay aligned. Prepare analyses, presentations, project updates and decision materials for stakeholders across ImmoScout24, and gradually take ownership of smaller projects and workstreams yourself. What you need to succeed: You have a strong interest in digital products and technology and are curious about how Product, Engineering, Data and commercial teams work together to build and grow a marketplace. You are analytical and structured: you enjoy getting into a new topic, finding the relevant information and turning complexity into clear conclusions and next steps. You are proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership. You do not need every task to be fully defined before getting started and are willing to ask questions, investigate and propose solutions. You communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating with people from different disciplines and backgrounds. German is helpful, but not required. Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
