Description

Principal Full Stack Engineer Hybrid | Leeds | Permanent An award-winning cloud-native technology consultancy well regarded across the UK engineering community for the quality of their delivery and the strength of their culture is looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join a growing team. This isn't a role where you'll be parked on one account writing tickets. You'll be working across a varied client base spanning public sector, NHS and private organisations, shaping architectural decisions, influencing at a strategic level, and helping organisations genuinely improve how they deliver through technology. The consultancy embeds itself differently to most. They assess how organisations work, help improve delivery capability, and stay involved at a strategic level rather than just shipping code and moving on. Meaningful work is part of how they operate, not just how they market themselves. What they are looking for: Strong full stack engineering background across at least two of Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C# or Java. Cloud-first experience Solid understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery. Experience providing technical leadership across teams or programmes, shaping architectural decisions and mentoring engineers. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business goals into technical outcomes. Public sector or healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential. What is on offer: £90,000 - £115,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Monthly wellness allowance Annual learning and development budget, 5% matched pension, Life assurance at 4x salary Enhanced family leave and sick pay If this sounds like the kind of environment you've been looking for, drop me a message and let's talk.
