Work hours: 2pm - 10pm CET
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a team developing an internal cloud-based actuarial platform.
You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-native solutions while supporting the transition from legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform.Develop and support CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.Implement containerized solutions using Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).Ensure system reliability, security, monitoring, and performance.Support legacy environments and drive cloud modernization initiatives.Mentor team members on DevOps best practices.
Requirements
8+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience.Strong AWS expertise (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS).Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.Knowledge of Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar tools.Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk.Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Experience working with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
