Full Stack Java Engineer

We’re looking for an Full-stack Java Developer (m/f) to join our client in Luxembourg. Location: Luxembourg Mode: On-site with teleworking flexibility after the first 1-3 months. Contract: CDI Language requirement: Fluent English. Salary: To be discussed. Qualifications: Strong hands-on development experience with Java.Good working knowledge of Python.Strong SQL skills, ideally with Oracle databases.Experience developing or maintaining modern web-based user interfaces.Solid understanding of full-stack application development and application architecture.Experience with source-code/version-control and code-management practices.Familiarity with IT change and release management processes.Experience providing production/application support, ideally including L3 support.Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, testers and business stakeholders.Basic understanding of Fund Administration and/or Transfer Agency would be an advantage.Basic knowledge or practical exposure to AI technologies and AI-assisted software development.Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or German would be an advantage. Responsibilities: Develop, enhance and maintain full-stack applications supporting the Luxembourg asset-servicing business.Design and maintain modern user interfaces, working across both front-end and back-end components.Develop and maintain solutions using Java, Python and SQL/Oracle.Analyse and implement application changes based on business and technology requirements.Perform development testing and provide support throughout functional and integration testing.Provide 3rd-level application support, troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.Work closely with business analysts, testers, business users and technology teams to successfully deliver projects and application changes.Follow established source-code management, change management and release management practices.Contribute to application quality, maintainability and continuous improvement.Explore the appropriate use of AI-assisted development tools and technologies within the development lifecycle.
