About The Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Backend Rails Engineer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our core platform, working closely with the engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality features that drive user engagement and satisfaction. As a key member of our engineering group, you will take ownership of critical projects, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future of our platform.
