About the Opportunity The Full-Stack Software Engineer designs, develops, and maintains web applications and services that support mission-critical users. This role contributes to new feature development, application enhancements, bug resolution, and user interface architecture while helping maintain high standards for software quality and security. The position works closely with engineering and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable software solutions. Responsibilities • Design and implement web application features using modern frameworks from requirements through deployment. • Enhance existing web applications by developing new functionality and resolving customer-facing issues. • Contribute to the design and architecture of intuitive and scalable user interfaces. • Develop prototypes and screenshots for stakeholder review and feedback. • Recommend best practices for software quality, development processes, and technical improvements. • Create, maintain, and integrate RESTful web services. • Develop applications using technologies such as Go, GraphQL, Vue, and related frameworks. • Estimate development effort and timelines for new features and enhancements. • Participate in technical design reviews and peer code reviews. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement feature dependencies. • Contribute to Agile Scrum ceremonies, planning, and iterative software development. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack software development experience. • Demonstrated experience developing both front-end and back-end applications. • Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue and Angular. • Strong understanding of web services, RESTful applications, and API development. • Experience with Node.js, WebSockets, and microservices architectures. • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, application scaling, and software security considerations. • Strong object-oriented programming skills. • Experience working with Linux or POSIX operating systems. • Familiarity with software configuration management and defect tracking tools. • Strong technical documentation and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • Active Department of Defense security clearance or eligibility to obtain a Secret-level DoD clearance. • Ability to travel up to 10% as required. Pay Range and Compensation Package • Annual salary range of $70,769–$123,818. • Compensation varies based on role responsibilities, education, experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
