Senior AI Software Engineer A leading global provider of healthcare software solutions is looking for an experienced engineer to join the team in Koblenz. The successful candidate will drive the development of intelligent applications that improve healthcare workflows for medical professionals and patients across a broad SaaS portfolio. This role focuses on integrating advanced technological capabilities into cloud-native products to create smarter, more efficient health systems. What you'll be doing • Develop and operate modern web applications across frontend, backend, and DevOps layers. • Integrate native AI features and agentic experiences using LLMs, retrieval, and structured workflows. • Design cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity. • Collaborate with product management and UX teams to establish best practices for agentic applications. • Apply an outcome-driven mindset to translate healthcare workflows into functional technical features. What we're looking for • Extensive senior-level experience in full-stack engineering using React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Python. • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Proficiency with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, and ArgoCD. • Proven experience implementing AI tools, agentic coding workflows, and designing AI pipelines. • Professional fluency in both German and English with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
