What you'll be doing • Provide technical leadership for a web platform based on Java, Python, and modern frontend frameworks. • Define the technical roadmap in close collaboration with Product Management. • Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to ensure high standards in architecture and code quality. • Drive AI-native development by designing agents, skills, and workflows for healthcare applications. • Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure consistency and scalability across the solution portfolio. What we're looking for • Extensive senior-level experience in engineering modern web applications with a proven track record in technical leadership. • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Proficiency in Java, React or Angular, Python, Kafka, and cloud technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform. • Experience integrating AI into software engineering, specifically using agentic coding tools and AI pipelines. • Professional fluency in both German and English with a proactive and innovative mindset.
