You will join our Risk Definition and Events squad within the Risk and Compliance Tribe, where you will contribute to important banking solutions alongside experienced colleagues. In this role, you will: Develop, test, and maintain business applications using .NET and C#.Build and integrate Web APIs that connect services and business solutions.Work with experienced colleagues to design solutions using patterns such as N-tier, CQRS, Clean Architecture, and Onion Architecture.Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to automated tests using TDD, DDD, and SOLID principles where appropriate.Work with data and databases using Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL, including code-first and database-first approaches.Use Git and CI/CD pipelines as part of the team's development and delivery process.Use AI-assisted development tools, including coding assistants and agents, to explore codebases, implement changes, write tests, and improve delivery while following the bank's security, compliance, and engineering standards.Contribute to solutions using cloud and container technologies such as AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, KaaS, and .NET Aspire.Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and continuous improvement of our solutions and ways of working. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a developer with a practical foundation in .NET development, an interest in solving business problems, and a collaborative approach. We value relevant skills and potential over a specific number of years of experience. What you need: Practical experience with .NET and C#.An understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code, and common software design principles.A foundation in relational databases and SQL.Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants and agents effectively, critically validate their output, and remain accountable for the quality, security, and correctness of the resulting software.A collaborative mindset, a willingness to learn and share knowledge, and fluency in English. Nice to have: Experience with automated testing, TDD, DDD, or SOLID principles.Experience with Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or both code-first and database-first approaches.Familiarity with Web APIs and integrations between systems.Experience with AWS or Azure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, KaaS, or .NET Aspire.Experience with React, Angular, or TypeScript.
