Field Service Engineer

Are you ready to deliver hands-on technical expertise across Poland and the EMEA region? JBT Marel is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support our customers across Poland and the wider EMEA region. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise advanced food processing equipment, ensuring maximum performance and reliability for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction in a highly international environment. What You’ll Be Doing Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites across Poland and EMEATroubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiencySupport customers with operational, maintenance, and technical guidanceDeliver training to operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation and best practicesPrepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and follow-up recommendationsIdentify spare parts requirements and recommend upgrades or improvements where appropriateCollaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and project teams to ensure high-quality service deliverySupport larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region when required About You You are a hands-on and solution-oriented engineer working in Poland who enjoys travelling, solving technical challenges, and building strong customer relationships. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working independently while remaining closely connected to a wider international team.
