Job Description Work location: GdanskCooperation model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) + on-call rotationsKey Responsibilities Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).Monitor cluster health, performance, capacity, and availability.Troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes, containers, networking, storage, authentication, and application deployments.Perform cluster upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, and lifecycle management.Manage OpenShift security, including RBAC, SCCs, quotas, and namespace governance.Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery testing, and platform resilience initiatives.Maintain and optimize OpenShift networking components, including Routes, Ingress, DNS, and Load Balancers.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.Develop automation scripts and maintain operational documentation.Collaborate with Security, Network, Storage, VMware, Cloud, and Application teams.Participate in incident management and on-call support rotations.Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Administration and Support.Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container technologies, and OpenShift architecture.Experience with oc, kubectl, YAML, Operators, RBAC, SCC, Projects, and Namespaces.Strong Linux/RHCOS administration skills.Experience with OpenShift upgrades, patching, certificate management, and cluster maintenance.Good understanding of OpenShift networking, DNS, Ingress Controllers, and Load Balancers.Experience with storage technologies (PVs, PVCs, CSI Drivers, NFS, iSCSI).Experience supporting OpenShift on VMware environments.Knowledge of backup and recovery tools such as Velero, OADP, or Dell PPDM.Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana.Scripting and automation experience (Bash/Shell).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ITSM processes
