About The Role We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the CI/CD build pipelines for our simulation software across multiple software generations. The role involves continuous development and optimization of our proprietary monitoring tools to oversee simulation systems effectively. You will lead initiatives to introduce and improve virtualization and automation solutions, ensuring the seamless operation and increased availability of our internal IT systems and tools. The position requires defining system requirements, developing system architectures and designs, and ensuring platform scalability and stability. There is also an opportunity to assume technical leadership of a team of 7 to 9 members, fostering their development through mentoring and performance management. You will coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, oversee the quality of deliverables, and ensure projects meet deadlines. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the robustness and efficiency of our simulation and IT infrastructure, supporting our strategic goals and technological advancements.
