📍 Frankfurt am Main | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite 🕒 Full-time | Permanent | Junior to Senior Looking to build software at the heart of the banking and payments industry while taking genuine ownership of the products you work on? We're partnering with an established financial technology company operating within the banking sector that's expanding its development teams in Frankfurt. You'll work on business-critical products across cards and payments, developing technology used within modern financial services environments. They're open to Junior, Mid-Level and Senior PHP Developers who are ambitious, technically curious and ready to take responsibility. The Role: You'll join one of several product teams, working closely with Team Leads and Project Managers on the continued development of banking, card and payment products. Build and continuously develop PHP-based financial applicationsDeliver new functionality across banking, cards and paymentsTake ownership of technical projects directly from experienced Team LeadsCollaborate with Project Managers on new product initiativesContribute ideas to technical and product improvementsUse AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solvingTake on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate your capabilitiesWork in a dynamic product environment where initiative is rewarded What We're Looking For: Hands-on commercial PHP development experiencePrevious experience delivering real software projectsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable technical disciplineStrong academic record – approximately German grade 2.5 or betterInterest or practical experience with AI development toolsCurious, proactive and motivated to take on new challengesGerman at C1 level or above – mandatoryCurrently based in Frankfurt or willing to relocate to the Frankfurt areaComfortable working from the office 3 days per week Applications are welcomed from Junior through to Senior level. For junior developers, academic performance, practical project experience and motivation will be particularly important.
