This isn't a role where product requirements simply arrive in your backlog. Responsibilities Customer-Led Product DevelopmentEmbed with customers to understand complex operational workflowsTranslate ambiguous problems into elegant software solutionsShape product decisions through direct customer feedbackDesign and deliver features across the frontend, backend and data layerBuild intuitive user experiences using modern web technologiesDevelop APIs, business logic and scalable services that power production systemsIntegrate LLMs, AI agents and model-backed APIs into customer workflowsBuild intelligent features that automate repetitive processes and improve decision makingShip production-ready AI capabilities that create measurable customer valueTake ideas from customer conversations through to production deploymentBalance speed with quality in a fast-moving engineering environmentSolve whatever problem is required- from UX improvements to debugging production issues Requirements Strong experience building modern web applications with TypeScript and React (or similar frameworks)Experience developing backend services with PythonExperience integrating AI technologies such as LLMs, agents or model-powered APIs into production productsAbility to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiencesComfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholdersEnjoy working in environments with ambiguity, ownership and rapid iteration Bonus points for: Founder or early-stage startup experienceExperience building products from zero to oneBackground as a Forward Deployed, Solutions or Product EngineerExperience shipping AI-native products into productionThriving in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly This is one of those rare opportunities where you're not just building software - you're helping redefine how entire industries operate.
