Location: London (Hybrid - Twice a month in London)

Salary: up to £65,000
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong React and node background to join a fast-growing technology company delivering innovative digital products to a global customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in building and evolving modern, customer-facing platforms.
Working across a React-based front end and Node.js back end, you'll own features end-to-end, collaborate closely with Product and UX teams, and help drive engineering excellence across the business.
The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will:
Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using React and Node.js.Take ownership of features from concept through to deployment.Build reusable components and maintain robust APIs and services.Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers in an agile environment.Champion front-end best practices, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.Participate in code reviews and mentor other developers.Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, tooling, and standards.

Skills & Experience
Essential
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent commercial experience.5+ years' commercial experience in full-stack development.Strong experience with React and modern front-end architecture.Solid back-end development experience with Node.js.Excellent TypeScript and JavaScript skills.Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.Desirable
Experience with:
Next.js or Remix.GraphQL and Apollo.Storybook and component libraries.Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).Progressive Web Apps and responsive design.AI-powered development and integrations, including LLM APIs and tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.Sports, wellness, or events-related platforms.
