Role DescriptionDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications and technical solutions. Translate functional and technical requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software. Write clean and efficient code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve application performance, stability, and usability. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and other relevant teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to system design, API development, database integration, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes. Evaluate technical approaches, adopt appropriate tools and frameworks, and help deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business and product objectives. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or similar.Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, databases, version control, testing, and development workflows.Experience with Git or comparable version control tools.Understanding of debugging, performance optimization, code quality, and maintainable software design.Ability to analyze technical requirements and develop practical, well-structured solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Detail-oriented approach to software quality, documentation, and reliability.Willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
