Join ALTEN Polska and let’s grow together! 🌎Location: Kraków/ Warsaw- hybird work (6 x month) 👉In this role, you will: • Develop and maintain cloud-native identity services and platform components. • Build APIs, microservices and event-driven integrations. • Implement features in accordance with solution designs and engineering standards. • Develop secure integrations with enterprise identity platforms and third-party services. • Implement authentication, authorisation and identity federation capabilities. • Support the implementation of Human Identity, Agent Identity and Workload Identity solutions. • Develop Policy-as-Code integrations and authorisation services. • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code where required. • Participate in peer code reviews and design reviews. • Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues. • Support deployment activities across development, test and production environments. • Produce technical documentation and operational runbooks. • Ensure solutions meet security, performance and resilience requirements. • Collaborate with Platform Engineers, Security Engineers, Architects and Product Owners. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. • Support monitoring, logging and operational observability. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives. • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. • Support production incidents and problem resolution as required. • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and engineering best practices. 👉Key Skills and Qualifications: • Software Engineering • Cloud-native Development • API Development • Microservices Architecture • Event-driven Architecture • Kubernetes • Git • CI/CD • Infrastructure as Code • DevSecOps • Identity Standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM) • REST APIs • Secure Coding Practices • Testing and Automation • Problem Solving • Team Collaboration • Positive can-do attitude and solutioning in complex organisations 🎯 We offer A full-time contract (B2B also possible)All necessary work equipment is provided by us (computer, monitor etc).Participation in company many conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc.Certification and training opportunitiesOpportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branchesAfter completion of the project, opportunity to engage in a subsequent one within the company.Work in company with #GreatPlaceToWork Certificate 🎯 Benefits Access to professional certifications with our technology partners (e.g. Google, ISTQB) Access to relevant industry events Access to the Knowledge Sharing Program Access to Referral program Work EquipmentLayette for a newborn employee’s childGroup life insurancePension scheme Do not hesitate and join our team!
