Role Description This is a full-time, on-site .NET C# Developer role based in Oxford. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that power recruitment websites and job board solutions, using C#, .NET, and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, fixing defects, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvements to the platform and development processes. Qualifications Strong skills in C#, .NET (e.g., .NET Core/.NET Framework), and object-oriented programming.Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.NET MVC/Web API, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including designing and optimizing queries.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and code review.Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Previous experience with recruitment, job board, or SaaS platforms is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
