As a Senior System Engineer – Windows & Azure (m/f) you will work across Windows, Linux, Kubernetes and cloud platforms, supporting Manor’s highly available hybrid multi-cloud environment and contributing to automation, modernization, migration and cloud integration initiatives.

Ensure stable operations across Windows, Linux and Kubernetes in a hybrid-cloud environment covering Azure, GCP and on-premises infrastructureManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, certificate and security servicesManage Azure services including Compute, Storage, Networking, Backup and Identity as well as VMware and Hyper-V environmentsSupport infrastructure projects including migrations, modernization and cloud integrationsAnalyze and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidentsAutomate and optimize infrastructure processes using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code tools such as TerraformMaintain technical documentation and standardsCollaborate with internal teams, application owners and external partners
🎯What we're looking for:
Degree or professional qualification in IT, combined with extensive hands-on experience as a System Engineer in Windows and/or Azure environmentsWillingness to travel to Basel 4–6 times per year for several days at a time, occasionally including weekendsStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft AzureKnowledge of Linux; experience with Kubernetes is an advantageGood scripting skills with a strong focus on PowerShellBasic knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls and routingExperience with Infrastructure as Code; Terraform experience is an advantageAnalytical, independent and quality-focused approach with a strong sense of responsibilityStructured, resilient and solution-focused, even in fast-paced situationsTeam-oriented with clear communication skills and a willingness to take ownershipProfessional fluency in German and EnglishCertifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102 or ITIL are an advantage
