Senior Software Engineer High-Growth FinTech Central London - Hybrid Up to £120,000 + Equity We're working a well-backed, product-led fintech that's scaling fast and building genuinely disruptive technology in a market ripe for change. With strong technical foundations, a high bar for engineering quality, and a product that solves a real problem at real scale - they're looking to add a backend centric Senior Software Engineer to their growing function. You'll be a key contributor across backend systems - owning design, architecture, and delivery of core infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with product, mentor other engineers, and be trusted to make autonomous calls on complex, ambiguous problems.
