About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading the development of customer-facing software solutions that power our automated dismantling and upcycling systems. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our robotic disassembly processes, helping to revolutionize end-of-life electric vehicle recycling. You will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications, human-machine interfaces, and integrating backend systems across various platforms. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer.Strong expertise in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and Python, with experience in REST APIs, WebSockets, and Message Queues.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud security.Experience developing and deploying web-based applications within startups or smaller organizations.Solid understanding of SQL, cloud databases, and blob storage solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.Strong communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or ClickUp. Responsibilities Take ownership of both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of high-quality applications.Design and develop reliable, user-friendly software interfaces using React and other modern frontend technologies.Implement robust backend systems with Node.js and Python, emphasizing testing and quality assurance practices.Deploy and support software in customer environments, gathering operational feedback to inform iterative improvements.Maintain direct communication with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective software solutions.Collaborate closely with robotics, perception, automation, and AI teams to integrate software components with hardware systems.Lead the full software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.Establish and promote best coding practices, leveraging modern design patterns and development methodologies.Mentor peers and contribute to the ongoing research and development efforts to evolve our products and meet industry demands.Educate internal teams on new features, providing training and technical support as needed.
