Full-time Employment Contract Position Office: Prague, Brno or Pardubice Hybrid: 2/week in the office Key Responsibilities Management and configuration of software-defined networks (SDN): working with VMware NSX and Cisco ACI in company data centers Management and configuration of NSX-T firewalls to ensure network security and efficiency Bulk configuration of SDN networks using native API interfaces for process automation Creation, analysis, and maintenance of automation scripts for SDN networks, including integration with other systems such as firewalls, load balancers, Cisco ISE, IPAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow Analysis and resolution of complex operational problems in data centers and network infrastructure Creation and maintenance of documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency of network management Mentoring less experienced colleagues: providing expert consultation and assistance when working with assigned technologies Working on projects and collaborating on the implementation of new services and technologies in network infrastructure Contributing to the creation of standards in the assigned area, with special emphasis on security aspects Issuing vulnerability recommendations: active participation in the Vulnerability Management process Coordination and cooperation with other departments for smooth operation of projects and services Profile / Requirements Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol (layer architecture) Knowledge of SDN networks used in data centers Knowledge of VMware technologies, including containerization Knowledge of programming/scripting, ideally in connection with infrastructure automation Interest and desire to continuously learn in the field and passion for new technologies Reliability, ability for analytical, independent, and efficient problem solving Resilience in stressful situations Czech language proficiency (required), English at B2 level Driver's license (category B) What We Offer Competitive vacation package with additional personal and wellness days Flexible working hours with remote work options Retirement and life insurance contribution programs Employee discounts on company products and partner services Annual benefits program allowance for sports, wellness, culture, and other activities Subsidized gym membership and corporate sports events Daily meal allowances with on-site dining options or meal vouchers Personal development opportunities (courses, webinars, coaching, and mentoring) Enhanced healthcare benefits (preventive programs, vaccinations, wellness services) Employee referral bonus program Discounted bike-sharing membership Modern office facilities in multiple locations Ready to Join Our Team?
