Responsibilities Design, plan, and evolve the company’s frontend technical architecture, while evaluating and introducing new technologies to keep the technology stack modern and competitive.Establish and promote frontend development standards, best practices, and engineering workflows across the team.Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development and build AI-driven engineering standards and workflows.Continuously optimize Core Web Vitals, including LCP, FID, and CLS, as well as key business metrics in cryptocurrency exchange scenarios through data-driven approaches.Lead the technical solution design and implementation of critical projects.Mentor and develop frontend team members, improving overall engineering quality and delivery capability.Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality products and ensure smooth project execution.Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science or related majors are preferred.5+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 2 years of architecture design experience.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with deep understanding of mainstream frameworks such as React or Vue.Strong expertise in Next.js, with hands-on experience in SSR, SSG, and ISR.Solid understanding of frontend engineering practices and strong experience with build tools such as webpack and Babel.Strong coding standards, with familiarity with common design patterns and architectural patterns.Understanding of server-side technologies such as Node.js, with full-stack development capability.Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex, or similar tools, with practical experience applying AI-assisted development in real workflows.Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead a team toward successful project delivery.Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges is a plus.Experience optimizing performance for large-scale websites, especially with a Next.js technology stack, is a plus.
