Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications, enterprise integrations, AI-powered solutions, and business-critical platforms across multiple business units. This role goes beyond traditional software development. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of full-stack web application development experience and be comfortable contributing to application architecture, infrastructure optimization, AI-driven initiatives, and deployment processes. You will partner closely with stakeholders to develop scalable business applications, streamline operations through automation, integrate data across multiple systems, and support emerging AI initiatives. This position requires someone who can own projects from concept through deployment while balancing software engineering best practices with business impact. Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute unpaid break. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Application Development Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications across multiple brands and business units. Own projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Build scalable front-end experiences using modern frameworks such as Next.js and TypeScript. Develop backend services, APIs, automation workflows, and business logic using Python, C#, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies. Create secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions that support business growth. Application Architecture & Technical Design Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions. Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions. Design systems that balance performance, security, maintainability, and usability. Document architecture decisions, workflows, and technical standards. Data Integrations & Enterprise Systems Develop and maintain data pipelines and API integrations across: Yardi Entrata QuickBooks Online Business Central Facebook Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads Internal platforms and third-party systems Build and support integrations that improve visibility, automation, and operational efficiency across the organization. Infrastructure Mapping & Optimization Analyze existing application infrastructure and system dependencies. Map data flows, application architecture, and technical ecosystems. Identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization. Support scalable deployment strategies and infrastructure improvements. Collaborate with technical teams on environment management and platform reliability. AI & Automation Initiatives Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled business solutions. Contribute to Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation initiatives. Develop and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Integrate AI-powered capabilities into internal applications and workflows. Reporting & Analytics Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards supporting: Financial reporting KPI tracking Membership forecasting EBITDA modeling Operational decision-making Ensure reliable data delivery and reporting performance across the organization. Azure & Cloud Solutions Architect and deploy Azure-based solutions using modern cloud-native services. Support application hosting, scalability, and performance optimization. Contribute to cloud infrastructure planning and implementation. Software Lifecycle Management Manage source control using Git. Participate in repository management, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews. Contribute to application deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes. Support production systems and continuously improve reliability, maintainability, and performance. Strong experience developing and maintaining modern web applications. Hands-on experience with: Next.js TypeScript SQL Python Other Experience managing or supporting Virtual Machine (VM) environments. Proven experience contributing to application architecture and technical design decisions. Experience with infrastructure mapping, application ecosystems, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise system integrations. Experience building and maintaining data pipelines. Experience with Git source control and repository management. Exposure to deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and software delivery workflows. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across business units. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, including: Azure Power Platform Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience with Agentic AI development, AI-powered workflows, or intelligent automation systems.
