About The Role We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dedicated Scrum teams working on the development of production software within the domains of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Internet of Things (IoT). In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces that facilitate seamless interactions between users and complex industrial systems. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, UX designers, and project stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and robust applications. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of Industry 4.0 innovations, contributing to projects that have a tangible impact on manufacturing efficiency and digital transformation. Flexibility in working across frontend and backend tasks is encouraged, providing a comprehensive understanding of the full development lifecycle. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Media Informatics, or Business Informatics, or hold an equivalent qualification. You should have proven experience in software architecture, agile development methodologies, and comprehensive documentation of software projects. Familiarity with the entire development lifecycle, including Continuous Integration and DevOps practices, is essential. Hands-on experience with web technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript is required, along with an eye for design and user experience. Knowledge of Nx Build System and Domain-Driven Design is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, a goal-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Proficiency in both German and English is necessary to succeed in our international environment.
