Job Title: .Net Fullstack technical Lead. Location: - Palm Beach, FL (onsite 5 days a week). Application Tech Lead Role Summary 12–15+ years in software engineering with substantial tech‑lead experience.Expert in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS; component architecture, state management such as NgRx/Redux).Strong in .NET (Framework and .NET 5/6/7+), C#, Web APIs, async patterns, and microservices.Hands‑on AWS experience designing and operating production workloads.Proficient with containers (Docker) and one of ECS/EKS/Fargate; or serverless patterns (Lambda/Step Functions) where appropriate.Solid grasp of relational and NoSQL data stores (SQL Server/Aurora, DynamoDB) and caching (Redis/ElastiCache). PostgreSql.Performance Tuning.Experience modernizing .NET Framework apps to .NET 6+/containers on AWS.On‑time delivery of features with agreed SLAs/SLOs.Reduction in cloud run‑costs and improved performance at scale.Defect leakage reduction; CI/CD lead time and deployment frequency improvementsJIRA, AGILE, GitHub Copilot
