Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using VB.NET and C#.Create, manage, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, tables, stored procedures, and queries.Perform database backups, restores, data migrations, and integrations with external data sources.Support and maintain business-critical software applications and system integrations.Develop and troubleshoot integrations involving:REST APIsTCP/IP CommunicationsSerial CommunicationsBarcode scanning technologiesDeploy and support both desktop and web-based applications.Utilize source control and version management tools to maintain software quality and change history.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software, database, and connectivity issues.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation related to applications, databases, and system processes.Ensure software solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.Required Qualifications
Proven experience developing applications with C# and/or VB.NET.Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query development.Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.Understanding of TCP/IP and Serial Communication protocols.Experience developing and supporting Windows Desktop Applications.Knowledge of source control/versioning systems.Strong database management and troubleshooting skills.Ability to analyze requirements and develop practical software solutions.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed.Preferred Qualifications
