Support field operations under the guidance of experienced specialists and engineers.Learn how to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.Assist with pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, and shutdown activities.Follow all Baker Hughes safety, quality, and compliance requirements.Participate in technical training and development programs.Work collaboratively with field teams to deliver solutions for customers.Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.Build the skills required for future career progression within the organization.
