Partner with the best As a Graduate Field Specialist, you will develop the technical skills and field experience needed to support a variety of operational activities across customer sites. Working alongside experienced field personnel, you will gain practical knowledge while contributing to safe and effective service delivery. As a Graduate Field Specialist, you will: Support field operations under the guidance of experienced specialists and engineers.Learn how to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.Assist with pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, and shutdown activities.Follow all Baker Hughes safety, quality, and compliance requirements.Participate in technical training and development programs.Work collaboratively with field teams to deliver solutions for customers.Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.Build the skills required for future career progression within the organization. You may gain exposure to services such as: Environmental ServicesNitrogen ServicesNatural Gas RecompressionRefinery and Petrochemical TurnaroundsDecontamination Services Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.Be willing to work rotational shift patterns and travel as required.Have a hands-on approach and a strong willingness to learn.Have excellent communication skills in English.Be open to relocating to the Netherlands.Have eligibility to work in a European Union country and the United Kingdom.Be comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment.Have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
