UI/UX Web Designer

UI/UX & Web Designer Location: Pokhara / Kathmandu Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ years We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX & Web Designer to design modern, premium and conversion-focused websites for hotels, resorts, restaurants and tourism businesses. Key Responsibilities Design modern, responsive and mobile-first hotel and tourism websites.Create excellent UI/UX, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes using Figma.Design hotel pages including rooms, offers, restaurants, experiences, galleries and booking journeys.Create websites focused on direct bookings and better guest experience.Develop reusable design systems and components for multiple hospitality properties.Work closely with developers, SEO and marketing teams to ensure designs are fast, SEO-friendly and accessible.Research international hotel and tourism websites and bring latest global design trends to our projects.Ensure designs are practical for integration with PMS, CRS, Booking Engine, Channel Manager and payment systems. Requirements 3+ years of professional UI/UX and web design experience.Strong Figma skills.Excellent understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.Good knowledge of UX, typography, visual hierarchy and modern web trends.Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web technologies.Hospitality, tourism, travel or e-commerce experience is a strong advantage.Strong portfolio of complete website/UI/UX projects is mandatory. We need someone who can design a complete digital experience where a hotel website is: Modern + Premium + Mobile-First + Fast + SEO-Friendly + User-Friendly + Booking-Focused The ideal candidate should understand that a hotel website is not just a company website it is a digital sales and booking platform.
