Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Software Tester with a French-first language preference to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing online public-facing applications and phone systems to ensure accuracy and performance in French. Your contributions will support large-scale systems in the finance sector that service Canadian citizens, ensuring a seamless user experience and operational excellence. This position can be done remotely in Canada. Applicants in Ottawa will be hybrid from our Gatineau office location. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough testing of online applications and phone systems in French to ensure functionality, usability, and performance standards are met.Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.Execute test cases and report results, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and solutions.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a bilingual (French/English) environment.Previous CCaas system testing is requiredProficiency in French, both written and spoken, with a good understanding of English.Experience with testing methodologies and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
