Department Overview
The Evidence Software department is the leading provider of Digital Asset and Evidence Management Solutions within the CommandCentral portfolio.
We develop distributed, highly scalable systems that handle the extreme volume, variety, and velocity of modern digital evidence.
Our software directly empowers law enforcement officers and emergency call-takers in their mission-critical daily work to save lives.
We take end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle—from design and implementation to delivery and maintenance.
Team & Process: We work in balanced Scrum teams with a local Product Owner.
Engineering Culture: We embrace DevOps principles and Continuous Delivery.
Quality & Automation: Automated testing is embedded at every level (Unit, Box, Performance, and E2E).
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in developing our Digital Evidence Management Solution (DEMS).
In this role, you will drive feature development across both the frontend and backend, building scalable cloud applications used daily by law enforcement and judicial authorities worldwide.

Frontend: Angular 17, TypeScript, Modern CSSBackend: C# / .NET Core, Cosmos DBCloud & CI/CD: Microsoft Azure, Git / GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps (ADO)Testing: Playwright, Automated E2E & Unit Testing
Key Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end features, splitting focus between Angular frontend interface and C#/.NET backend services.Design and implement scalable REST APIs, backend logic, and responsive UI components.Ensure code quality through automated testing (unit, performance, and Playwright E2E).Participate in continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.Collaborate in a balanced Scrum environment with local Product Owners and peer engineers.
Basic Requirements
3+ years of practical, hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.Proven practical experience developing backend applications using C# / .NET.Experience in building and maintaining moderate-to-large scalable software systems.Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks and standard JavaScript packaging/deployment tools.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Good written and spoken English skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
Experience hosting and developing applications in Microsoft Azure (or AWS/GCP).Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Linux environments.Basic scripting skills in Python.
