Job Summary

We focus on cloud-native microservices, API enablement, data platform modernization, automation, and operational excellence.
You will work with experienced engineers, platform partners, security teams, and business stakeholders to create reusable services and governed platform capabilities that improve how the organization integrates systems, processes data, and delivers technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build scalable services: Design, develop, and maintain secure Python microservices and APIs using FastAPI, REST/gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, and Kafka.Connect platforms and data: Deliver RESTful APIs, microservice APIs, internal platform APIs, data ingestion APIs, event-driven APIs, batch processing APIs, and authentication/authorization APIs.Modernize data engineering: Build and optimize data solutions using Python, PySpark, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Azure SQL, Unity Catalog, and SQL.Improve engineering quality: Create reusable frameworks, automation, orchestration patterns, documentation, and testing practices that improve delivery quality and reliability.Partner across teams: Work with technology, business, security, and platform partners to translate complex requirements into practical, production-ready solutions.Support operational excellence: Troubleshoot issues, tune performance, support releases, and contribute to monitoring, knowledge transfer, and production readiness activities.
Required Experience
10 years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on Python development in enterprise environments.
Required Skills
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.Experience designing and delivering Python-based microservices, APIs, and platform capabilities using FastAPI, REST/gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, and Kafka.Experience building data engineering solutions using Python, PySpark, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Azure SQL, Unity Catalog, and SQL.Experience delivering secure, production-ready solutions that meet enterprise standards for authentication, authorization, testing, monitoring, compliance, and operational reliability.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing scalable services or data pipelines that process high-volume enterprise workloads.Experience building reusable internal frameworks, shared services, or internal developer platform capabilities.Experience using AI-assisted engineering practices to improve development, testing, documentation, or productivity.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, platform, security, and business teams.
Education Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
