Immediate Advances is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator to join our growing team in Aventura, Florida.
Salesforce is a critical part of our business operations, supporting underwriting, merchant operations, portfolio management, reporting, workflow automation, data integration, and other core processes.
We are looking for someone who can do more than maintain Salesforce.
The right candidate will understand how business teams actually use the platform, translate operational requirements into practical technical solutions, troubleshoot problems quickly, and help us continuously improve and scale our Salesforce environment.

What You'll Do
As our Salesforce Developer / Administrator, you will help own the ongoing development, configuration, reliability, integration, and improvement of our Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities include:
Must be able to work 100% onsite at our Aventura, FL location.Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions supporting business operations.Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, automations, validation rules, objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and related configurations.Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, APIs, and other custom solutions when appropriate.Translate business and operational requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.Work directly with business users and management to understand how processes operate before designing technical solutions.Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.Develop management reports and dashboards that provide accurate, actionable, and timely information.Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and multiple external systems and data sources.Work with REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/FTP, scheduled file transfers, CSV/data feeds, and other integration methods.Support inbound and outbound data exchanges involving external vendors and business partners that may use different CRM, servicing, account-management, or proprietary platforms.Map, validate, transform, and reconcile data received from different source systems before incorporating it into Salesforce.Troubleshoot failed integrations, incomplete transfers, authentication problems, mapping errors, and other interface issues.Help develop standardized integration processes that reduce reliance on manual uploads and one-off solutions.Support data migration, historical-data requirements, data quality, and reconciliation activities.Configure and maintain appropriate user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and other Salesforce security controls.Participate in QA, testing, deployment, release validation, change management, and production verification.Maintain clear documentation of configurations, automations, integrations, technical decisions, and system changes.Identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary manual processes through Salesforce automation.Support Salesforce backup, recovery, business-continuity, and data-governance requirements.Assist with special technology, automation, data, and reporting initiatives as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong hands-on experience developing and administering Salesforce in a production environment.Can independently troubleshoot Salesforce problems and follow them through resolution.Understands both Salesforce development and administration.Has strong experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.Understands Salesforce data architecture, reporting, dashboards, security, and permissions.Understands APIs, SFTP/FTP, data feeds, authentication, data mapping, and system-to-system integrations.Is comfortable working with data originating from multiple external systems where formats and source platforms may differ.Can determine whether an integration problem originates in Salesforce, the source system, authentication, file transfer, data mapping, or another part of the integration process.Can translate business needs into effective technical solutions without introducing unnecessary complexity.Is comfortable working directly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing quality.Understands the importance of testing, documentation, data security, change control, and system reliability.Is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of problems through resolution.Must be able to work onsiteQualifications
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in development, administration, or a combined role.Demonstrated experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and production support.Strong experience with Salesforce Flow.Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations.Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and SFTP/FTP-based data exchange.Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications, vendors, or other business systems.Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.Understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and access controls.Experience troubleshooting production Salesforce environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business and management teams.Preferred / Great to Have
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), Underwriting, Financial Services, FinTech, or related finance environments.Experience working with high-volume or data-intensive Salesforce environments.Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple third-party organizations using different CRM or account-management platforms.Experience with recurring API and secure file-transfer integrations.Experience designing executive dashboards and operational reporting.Familiarity with API authentication, scheduled data ingestion, error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation.Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, business continuity, backup/recovery, and change-management practices.What We Offer
