Senior Backend Engineer

We encourage you to learn and develop your skills, and we want people who obsess about quality and have a proven track record of shipping What You'll Do Develop and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeScript, architecting scalable APIs that power our platform Design, build, and maintain reusable component libraries and modules that scale across backend applications Contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions, performance optimization, and system design Help define and champion development best practices, leading by example and elevating team excellence Own complex deliverables across the complete development lifecycle, from concept to production Collaborate with the team on database design, API contracts, and technical implementation details Contribute to DevOps and infrastructure improvements, optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), deployment processes, and monitoring (Dynatrace) to enable faster, more reliable releases Own operational excellence, ensure SLAs are met or exceeded, assist with incident response, and continuously improve our operational posture.
