Hanover Park is building an AI-native ERP for private markets infrastructure, including a proprietary general ledger accounting system and tools for fund administration. This role involves working directly with the CTO to build full-stack products, integrate AI/LLM workflows, and make technical decisions for core systems serving billions in assets. Job title Full Stack Engineer Company MeeBoss Location New York, NY (On-site, 5 days per week) Compensation $150,000-200,000/year Why this role Work directly alongside the CTO with real ownership over core systems and infrastructure.Build AI-powered automation to solve long-standing manual workflows in fund administration.Operate in an engineering-first culture with no bureaucracy, dedicated QA, or detailed PM specs.Address technical problems at the intersection of AI, finance, and accounting. What you will do Build full-stack products end-to-end, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI deployment.Develop AI-powered automation for fund administration workflows.Make technical decisions on infrastructure alongside the CTO.Ship products without dedicated QA or detailed product management specifications.Utilize TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase/Postgres, AWS, and Trigger.dev for background jobs and AI inference. What we are looking for Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.Production experience building or integrating LLM/AI workflows.High ownership mindset; ability to start solving problems without waiting for detailed specs.Nice to have: Fintech or accounting software background.Nice to have: Experience with data-intensive backend work in healthtech, insurance, finance, or loans.Nice to have: Seed-to-Series B startup experience.
