Frontend and Mobile Developer

Overview We're looking for a Frontend & Mobile Engineer who wants to do more than simply pick up tickets and write code. In this role, you'll help shape how our users experience our web and mobile products, turning complex operational workflows into simple, fast, and reliable experiences. We're moving fast, and we're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving problems, challenging inefficient workflows, and taking ownership from idea → implementation → testing → release. Responsibilities Web Development – React.js Build and maintain core product experiences using React.jsTranslate complex or sometimes ambiguous requirements into intuitive, production-ready interfacesBuild reusable, scalable, component-driven UI patternsImplement clean state management, loading states, error handling, and responsive experiencesCollaborate with Backend Engineers to define API contracts and simplify frontend integration Mobile Development – React Native Build and ship new features using React NativeImprove existing mobile workflows and user experiencesFocus on performance, responsiveness, stability, and a truly native feelHelp establish consistent design and engineering patterns across web and mobile AI-First Engineering Accelerate development and reduce repetitive workGenerate scaffolding and boilerplateCreate and improve testsRefactor and modernize codeGenerate documentationExplore implementation approaches Qualifications At least 4-5 years experience as Front End Developer or Mobile Developer.Must have strong professional experience with React.jsStrong professional experience with React NativeExperience delivering production features end-to-endStrong JavaScript and preferably TypeScript experienceExperience integrating frontend applications with APIsStrong understanding of modern frontend developmentComfortable working with AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow (Gemini, Claude.ai, ChatGPT and similar AI tools).At least has experience with workflow-heavy products, B2B SaaS, operations, finance, or back-office platformsStrong frontend architecture skillsExperience with unit and integration testingMust have strong experience in UI/UX design (Web and Mobile)This role is Dayshift but the candidate must at least be open working in Mid or NightshiftThis is FULL TIME employment and REMOTE work (Mon-Friday) Required Skills ReactJS, React Native, Typescript, Javascript, UI/UX Design (Web and Mobile) Years Of Experience Needed 4
