We are currently looking for experienced Senior Cost Estimators to join our dynamic team and make a lasting impact. Our Senior Cost Estimators provide independent, timely, and professional architectural products and services, consultation, design, construction, and maintenance of facilities for the Navy, Marine Corps, and other supported Commands. You will be working on a variety of special projects and critical military construction (MILCON), and be involved in the demolition, maintenance, space utilization, and development of facilities. As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will: Develop detailed, comprehensive construction cost estimates for a wide range of unique and complex military facility projects, including new construction, renovations, and major infrastructure assets.Serve as a senior technical expert, providing advice to project teams and leadership on cost-related policies, market trends, and the interpretation of estimating requirements.Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) reviews of cost estimates prepared by in-house staff and consulting firms to ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and other regulatory standards.Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced cost estimators on estimating techniques and processes, and support the development of community-wide cost policy and criteria.Support project execution by participating in source selection boards, analyze contractor proposals, and develop cost estimates for contract modifications and change orders.
