You'll lead a small, high-performing engineering team of 3, driving technical delivery, mentoring engineers and working closely with Product and Tech Leads to evolve modern web applications and APIs. What you'll do Lead and develop a team of 3 software engineers. (Tech wise they're AWS Serverless, PHP/Laravel, Javascript/Typescript)Own delivery, planning and technical priorities for the team.Work with Product and Tech Leads to shape architecture and roadmaps.Drive engineering best practices across quality, testing and observability.Support hiring, coaching, performance reviews and career development.Champion continuous improvement across tooling, automation and delivery.
