Requirements Key Responsibilities Participate in structured technical training and hands-on development assignmentsLearn PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, and related enterprise technologiesDevelop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and system componentsAssist with application enhancements, interfaces, reports, data conversions, and integrationsWrite clean, reliable, and well-documented codeInvestigate software defects and help identify root causes and solutionsWork closely with senior developers, technical leads, analysts, testers, and other team membersParticipate in Agile planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospective meetingsCreate and maintain technical documentationContinuously learn new tools, technologies, and development practicesPerform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical fieldRecent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong interest in software developmentBasic programming experience gained through coursework, internships, research, personal projects, hackathons, or employmentUnderstanding of fundamental programming concepts, databases, algorithms, or software-development principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesIntellectual curiosity and the ability to learn new technologies quicklyStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a teamDependable, self-motivated, and receptive to coaching and feedbackAbility to work full-time onsite in Arlington, VirginiaU.S. citizenship is required Preference will be given to local candidates and candidates who are willing to relocate to the Arlington, Virginia area. Compensation And Benefits The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on education, demonstrated technical ability, internships, relevant experience, and other qualifications.
