Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week
Base Salary: $85K to $140K depending on role and experience

Position Overview
We are hiring two Technical Product Managers to own critical enterprise platforms supporting product development, launches, testing, quality, product data, and downstream digital experiences.
While both positions require strong technical product ownership, cross functional leadership, systems integration experience, and the ability to turn complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, each opening has a different area of specialization.
Opening #1: Product Information Management (PIM)
Focused on product data, Contentserv, taxonomy, enrichment, governance, PLM/ERP integrations, digital commerce, and supporting new product introductions.
Opening #2: Product Testing & Quality
Focused on enterprise LIMS, product testing and validation, lab systems, quality traceability, integrations, and modernization of testing platforms.
Candidates are NOT expected to have experience in both areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlog, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise platforms.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, R&D, Quality, IT, Digital Commerce, Marketing, Enterprise Architecture, Data, and other business teams.
• Translate complex and evolving business requirements into actionable technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Drive integrations across enterprise platforms including PLM, ERP, digital commerce, lab/testing systems, analytics platforms, and other downstream technologies.
• Establish strong data standards, governance, quality, integrity, and traceability within the respective product domain.
• Lead platform modernization and process improvement initiatives while driving adoption and reducing manual work.
• Manage cross functional dependencies, vendors, system integrators, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI assisted tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision making.
Track 1: Product Information Management
Candidates aligned with the PIM opening should bring:
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, product data, PIM, or enterprise platform roles.
• Strong hands on Product Information Management experience with Contentserv expertise required.
• Strong knowledge of product data models, taxonomy, classification, attributes, metadata, enrichment, and data governance.
• Experience working across PIM, PLM, ERP, integrations, and B2B/B2C digital commerce environments.
• Experience supporting NPIs, product launches, seasonal updates, or assortment changes.
• Experience establishing and monitoring product data quality metrics including completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and error rates.
Track 2: Product Testing & Quality
Candidates aligned with the Product Testing & Quality opening should bring:
• 7+ years of enterprise LIMS experience with deep hands on expertise required.
STARLIMS experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with LIMS configuration, workflow design, sample lifecycles, test methods, and results management.
• Experience with large scale LIMS implementations, extensions, replacements, or long term enterprise platform ownership.
• Experience integrating LIMS with lab instruments, test automation, R&D or engineering systems, PLM, ERP, analytics, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting product development, validation, testing labs, or engineering test environments.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, end to end traceability, APIs, middleware, and systems integrations.
• Manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or high tech hardware experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical product ownership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across complex enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Ability to influence without authority and bridge business and technical teams.
• Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and delivery skills.
• Comfortable operating in environments where requirements and priorities evolve.
