As part of our Digital Customer Solutions division, you will contribute to the development of intelligent and scalable products that enable our customers to achieve their sustainability goals. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work in a cross-functional agile team to develop and maintain our digital platform. You will contribute across the stack, from designing robust backend services to delivering intuitive, responsive frontends. Your technical expertise, curiosity, and drive for quality will help shape the future of sustainable digital solutions. Your Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable services and applications with our technological stack (C#, .NET Core, React, TypeScript, Redux, SQL, Azure cloud)Develop features end-to-end, including data modeling, API development, and UITranslate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable codeConduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and contribute to continuous improvementEnsure product security, performance, and maintainability standards are metWrite unit tests and conduct load testing to ensure product reliabilityParticipate in architectural design and technical decision-making for complex systems and cross-functional initiativesMentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers, fostering growth and technical excellenceDrive adoption of scalable engineering practices and enforce coding standards across teamsCollaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goalsPromote ongoing enhancement of development practices, tools, and team culture.
