AI Full-Stack Architect

At basemotion.ai, we help teams turn repetitive work into secure, automated AI workflows. Built with privacy at its core, our platform guarantees EU-only data processing so organizations can harness modern AI safely with their internal company data. We are looking for an ambitious, adaptable Technical Lead to partner directly with the founder in building our core platform from 0 to 1. You will architect our system, lead hands-on development, and ensure our AI integrations maintain enterprise-grade security and strict data privacy. Key Responsibilities • Build the MVP: Lead end-to-end development across our frontend, backend, and AI pipeline integrations. • Drive Technical Architecture: Design robust, scalable system infrastructure compliant with EU data residency standards. • Automate Workflows: Translate complex manual processes into intuitive, reliable AI-driven features. • Co-Shape the Product: Partner on high-level strategy, customer integration needs, and long-term engineering culture. What We Are Looking For • Core Tech Stack: Solid foundation in Python or Node.js, modern React, and web API design. • AI & Security Aptitude: Practical experience or strong interest in LLMs/ML models alongside a security-first mindset. • Adaptable Mindset: High curiosity and problem-solving drive; you prefer shipping solutions over over-engineering. • Entrepreneurial Grit: Thrives with high autonomy, ambiguity, and the fast pace of an early-stage startup. Location: Remote (Berlin / EU timezone preferred). Open to starting on a flexible or part-time basis before transitioning full-time.
