React Native Mobile Developer

Job Title: Mobile Developer (React Native) Contract Length: 24 Months Rate: €30 p/h Location: Remote Morgan McKinley have partnered with a leading global digital health platform to scale a high-impact mobile application that makes cross-border, premium healthcare accessible and simple. We are looking for a Mobile Developer to take ownership of a privacy-sensitive application. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust mobile architectures and sleek user experiences - navigating complex authentication flows, custom native modules, and cloud distribution workflows. You will join a collaborative, product-focused feature team that prioritizes clean code, pragmatic test coverage, and secure data handling. What You Will Do Architect & Ship: Lead the development of critical features, managing everything from greenfield components to automated App Store and Google Play deployments via EAS, Firebase, or GitHub Actions.Secure the Application: Implement robust mobile security architectures, including secure storage, biometrics, and sophisticated auth flows ($OAuth$ / $OIDC$ with $PKCE$).Integrate Ecosystems: Build deep integrations with modern healthcare frameworks (Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, wearables) and smooth WebView SaaS solutions.Bridge the Native Divide: Write and maintain custom config plugins and integrate third-party native SDKs when the web ecosystem needs a native boost.Collaborate Lifecycle: Work closely in a tight feature-team structure with Product and QA to ensure seamless rollouts using Firebase Remote Config / feature flags. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of professional mobile engineering .2+ years of dedicated, production-level experience building and scaling React Native apps.Native Module Integration: Experience integrating custom SDKs and config plugins when moving past the standard JavaScript layer. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience in highly regulated, privacy-sensitive, or compliance-heavy environments (HealthTech, FinTech, InsurTech).Hands-on work with wearables, health platforms, or complex third-party SaaS WebView integrations.
