The Project: Join a team building a cutting-edge Predictive Maintenance Platform that enables engineers to monitor industrial machines, create custom dashboards, and configure alerts to proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations. The platform operates in a complex enterprise environment where reliability, scalability, and availability are critical. Our team is responsible not only for delivering new features but also for continuously improving platform deployment, monitoring, operations, and support processes. The technology landscape includes Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, containerization, and modern CI/CD automation practices. The Position: As a DevOps Engineer at ICT Strypes, you will have the opportunity to be creative, actively give ideas throughout the entire SDLC, suggest ways to optimize processes, and make better technical choices. You will be responsible for handling ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting failures and ensuring that IT environment issues faced by the team are resolved. You will work closely with developers, architects, and other technical teams to investigate issues and continuously improve the reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency of the platform. Requirements Personal Skills: Desire to learn and become the primary knowledge-holder for the DevOps environment; Proactiveness and flexibility; Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to take ownership and independently drive issues and improvements to resolution; Good communication and collaboration skills; Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to identify and implement better ways of working. Experience with: DevOps engineering for min. 3 years; Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes – a must-have! Strong experience with Terraform Linux (RHEL) administration; Microsoft Azure or other public cloud experience; Networking (routing, DNS, NAT, firewalls); Database setup and maintenance; Web Technologies (NginX, HAProxy); Analysis, delivery and implementation of CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of: Bash; Packaging (RHEL packages, NPM); Automation tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps; Application and infrastructure monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting; Helm; GitOps. Desirable Skills: Experience with removing configuration drift, addressing technical debt and migrating existing resources within terraform-managed state; Experience with or knowledge of Azure DevOps; Understanding of code versioning tools (Git, BitBucket); Knowledge of Prometheus/Grafana configurations; Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases; Experience with production support and incident troubleshooting; Experience with Ansible; Familiar with Agile Software Development: Scrum, Kanban.
