Role: Senior Software Engineer (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Job Type: ContractPayout: $65 - $120/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Developer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet business requirements. Primary focus will be on delivering scalable solutions in a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy software applications following best practices in coding standards and architecture. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in assigned programming languages and frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance. • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes to maintain system stability and uptime. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is required. • Experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is preferred. • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines is necessary. • Knowledge of database systems including SQL and NoSQL solutions is required. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges are essential. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. • Understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum is beneficial. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration are mandatory.
